HH200 Case Study: Barron Gorge Power Station

• In use are 2 x 450mm valves that are used to release excess water from the Power Stations uppermost weir

• Neither valve had been tested or cracked in almost 12 months

• To manually open and close both valves one time each would take 1 full day and two men

• Using the HH200 we opened and closed both valves twice inside 20 minutes

• In addition we could accurately measure the revolutions required to open and close each valve using the HH200’s digital counter
